How To Choose The Right Oil Production Line

The growth and maturity of different oils are not the same, according to the season and the most suitable maturity of oil, most oil extraction plants do not produce only one kind of oil.

According to the characteristics of oil crops and oil content are distinguished:

Oil with low oil content and similar texture: such as soybeans and peanuts, the oil content of soybeans is generally 18%-22%, and the oil content of peanuts is 40%-50%, although the oil content of peanuts is relatively high, but both are more common oil crops, and the texture is relatively moderate.

They can all be pre-treated (such as cleaning, peeling, rolling, etc.) and pressed by the same set of oil pressing equipment.

Pretreatment equipment such as cleaning screens can remove impurities, a sheller (peanuts need to be shelled, soybeans may also need to be treated in some cases), a billet mill to roll them into sheets, and then press them in a spiral or hydraulic oil press.

High oil content and similar texture of oil: like rapeseed (oil content of about 35%-45%) and sesame (oil content of about 45%-63%), their particles are relatively small, and there is a certain similarity in the oil pressing process.

In the pretreatment stage, you can use vibrating screen and other equipment to clean up impurities, and then you can steam and fry through the steam pan, so that the oil reaches the appropriate temperature and moisture, and then press with the same oil press.

Due to their high oil content, it may be necessary to carry out relatively similar follow-up treatment on the crude oil after oil extraction, such as filtration, refining, etc.

Nut oil crops:

For example, almonds (oil content of about 45%-55%) and walnuts (oil content of about 58%-75%), these two kinds of nut oil crops in the oil extraction, first need to be shelled, then can be broken using a crusher, and then steamed and stir-fried to make the oil ripening, and then use a general oil press equipment for pressing.

Their oil characteristics have certain similarities, and similar filtration, refining and other equipment and processes can also be used in the subsequent crude oil treatment.

However, although these oil crops can use the same set of machines, in actual production, due to the differences in the characteristics of different oil crops, it may be necessary to adjust the parameters of the equipment (such as the pressure of the oil press, temperature, etc.) to achieve the best oil pressing effect.

At the same time, when replacing different oil crops for oil extraction, it is also necessary to clean the equipment to avoid mutual pollution between different oils.
