2. Check regularly whether the sealing parts of the equipment can work normally, and replace and maintain the equipment in time if any problems are found.

3. If the leaching equipment fails in the process of operation, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, troubleshooting and repair of the equipment in time.

4. Clean oil and dirt on the equipment regularly. The evaporation process machinery of the leaching equipment needs to be cleaned every 30-40 days, and the condenser should be repaired twice a year and cleaned once a year.

5. The lubrication part of the leaching equipment should be checked regularly and lubricated in time.

6. Check and maintain the pressure gauge, temperature meter and other instruments regularly to ensure no trouble.

7. In the process of inspection and maintenance of leaching equipment, hammer and other tools shall not be used to beat the equipment.

8. The leaching equipment workshop should be kept as clean as possible, and the workshop should be cleaned after each production. Dust shall not be accumulated on the instrument.

9. The valve of grease leaching equipment can not be disassembled at will, and it is strictly forbidden to adjust its spring at will. If the capacity of bearing oil pressure exceeds the above, accidents such as pipeline or cylinder bursting will occur.
